Nashville TN mediator Marnie Huff is co-chair of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution Ethics Committee and a representative to the ABA Center for Professional Responsibility Joint Committee on Professionalism and Ethics. She was Ethics Track chair for CLE programs presented at the spring 2009 and 2010 meetings of the Section of Dispute Resolution. In 2007 she organized an ethics educational program of interest to litigators, mediators and arbitrators for the annual ABA meeting in San Francisco. She has also assisted the ABA Dispute Resolution Section to improve its web pages, which include information on the Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators.
TN mediator ethics opinions on ABA National Online Database. The American Bar Association announced the launch of a searchable database of state mediation ethics opinions from across the United States in a February 2009 Dispute Resolution Section press release. The National Clearinghouse for Mediator Ethics Opinions, available to lawyers, mediators and the general public, was developed during Marnie Huff's tenure as co-chair of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section's Ethics Committee. Access to the database is available at the web page of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section's Ethics Committee.
