
Nashville TN mediator Marnie Huff is co-chair of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution Ethics Committee and a representative to the ABA Center for Professional Responsibility Joint Committee on Professionalism and Ethics. She was Ethics Track chair for CLE programs presented at the spring 2009 and 2010 meetings of the Section of Dispute Resolution. In 2007 she organized an ethics educational program of interest to litigators, mediators and arbitrators for the annual ABA meeting in San Francisco. She has also assisted the ABA Dispute Resolution Section to improve its web pages, which include information on the Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators.
